Shipping & Delivery Policy

We process all orders within 1-2 business days. Depending on your location, you can expect delivery within 3-7 business days.   • All orders are processed and dispatched from our facility within 1-2 business days (Domestic and International orders ; Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays).
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
 
  1. Shipping Methods & Times
  • We partner with reliable third-party courier services to deliver your orders.
  • The estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days from the date of dispatch (Domestic and International orders). Delivery times may vary depending on your shipping location and other external factors (e.g., weather, festivals, courier delays).
  • Allops Health Foods is not responsible for delays caused by the courier partner.
 
  1. Shipping Costs
  • Shipping charges will be included with price or calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • We may offer free shipping on orders above a certain value, which will be clearly communicated on the website.
 
  1. Order Tracking
  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.
 
  1. Serviceable Areas
  • We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes within India. If your location is not serviceable, we will inform you and cancel the order with a full refund.
 
  1. Delivery Issues
  • If your order is marked “delivered” but you have not received it, please contact us at sales.allopshealthfoods@gmail.com within 24 hours.
  • If you provide an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, we are not responsible for lost packages or failed deliveries.
